Overview
To ensure that all attendees are covered for the full duration of their trip short-term travel (STT) insurance will be provided in coordination between the General Conference (GC) and the SSD Risk Management Services (RMS) office.
We have collected the complete travel details of each participant and have categorized and processed the corresponding insurance applications.
Each participant may be issued up to three (3) STT insurance policies.
- Regular STT - before GC Session
- GC Session Insurance (30 days max)
- Regular STT - after GC Session
Who is Covered and How
The table below is a summary of coverage and the responsible processing party.
GC is in charge of processing the GC Session Insurance for Delegates and their Spouses, as well as Special Guests and their Spouses, covering the fixed dates June 22–July 21, 2025 (highlighted in blue). See examples below.
We are still awaiting confirmation on when the GC Insurance Coverage will be released. This delay is the reason for the gap in insurance coverage for some participants.
SSD has processed all remaining insurance applications (highlighted in green). Please note that most have been completed, with the exception of a few special cases still being addressed.
